With its very small design and shape, yet very powerful light source, the illumination abilities in the oral cavity far exceed any task light on the market today.

The Orbo is a miniature U-shaped clip or O-shaped for the Saliva ejector, which comes in 5 different sizes, that attach to either a saliva ejector or the suction tube. The Orbo light source clips onto the suction tube of the most popular brands on the market today, utilising a universal one size fits all mouth piece, which can be adjusted according to the requirements and comfort of the dentist.

NB: All Orbo mouth pieces are fully autoclavable up to 135o C.

Each Mouth Piece is equipped with 2 powerful high brightness LED’s which provide illumination of more than 2000

ft-candles (as strong as the upper clinical light). It is set at an ergonomic angle to illuminate the whole oral cavity including the deepest areas posteriorly.

The ORBO is powered by a Miniature Battery Pack which is the “brain” behind the lighting system. The Battery Pack consists of a unique electronic design which stabilizes output to the power source and thus provides stable light intensity throughout the entire treatment.

The Battery Pack is positioned onto a specially designed hose strap holder, which is positioned on to the suction tube hose, coming from the dental unit.

The Battery Pack can illuminate for approximately 2 hours without recharging. A simple power supply unit recharges the unit utilising an innovative design with induction technology. A signature of TRD Instrum design.
